The system consists of a drying machine, heater, condenser, bag filter, fan, and silo. The entire drying process is carried out in a sealed environment under nitrogen protection, and the discharge is carried out in a sealed environment, which has the characteristics of no dust and high safety.


Before using the system, nitrogen is first filled into the system to replace the air. After the oxygen content reaches a certain concentration, the drying operation is carried out. The nitrogen gas sucked in by the air supply fan is heated by the heater and enters the drying tower at a certain speed (the wind speed is determined by the comprehensive coefficients such as the specific gravity, viscosity, and moisture content of the material; it is also the main factor affecting the effectiveness of the dryer) from the bottom of the cone of the main drying tower at high speed; Wet materials are quantitatively added to the drying tower by a spiral feeder according to the operating conditions; It falls in a ball shape to the bottom of the tower and is quickly crushed into small particles by a high-speed rotating crushing device installed at the bottom of the cone. Under the dual action of high-speed hot air flow, the material particles are strengthened and fully contacted with the hot air, causing rapid evaporation of water; During the strengthening process of materials in the drying tower, the particles are rapidly atomized under multiple effects such as drying, collision, dispersion, friction, and repeated shearing. The dried powder enters the secondary cyclone dryer tangentially with the hot air flow, and the material rotates and descends along the material wall in the secondary cyclone dryer with the airflow, thereby extending the drying time and improving the drying efficiency. The dried material enters the cyclone dust collector with the airflow for gas-solid separation; The exhaust enters the mechanical rotary bag filter for filtering and dust removal; After dust removal, the gas is blown into the multi-stage condenser by the induced draft fan, and the solvent in the air is liquefied into liquid through the condenser and flows into the solvent tank. The dehumidified gas contains trace amounts of water vapor and is separated by a specially designed cyclone separator. The dehumidified gas passes through the preheater and is then heated by the supply fan in the heater for circulating drying.


Process characteristics of closed-loop circulation enhanced airflow dryer

1. After being dried by this equipment, the hot and humid gases containing solvents enter the condenser to condense the solvents in the gas (with a solvent recovery rate of over 95%), which can both recover the solvents and condense the dehumidified dry gas. The recovered solvent can be recycled again, which can save costs and will not cause environmental pollution due to exhaust emissions. Hot and humid gases undergo condensation dehumidification, resulting in lower absolute humidity inside the gas (compared to ordinary airflow drying), stronger drying ability, and better adaptability to moisture absorbing materials that affect humidity environments.


2. This equipment has a fully enclosed structure and is filled with inert gas (such as nitrogen) inside. When drying anaerobic materials or materials containing flammable and explosive solvents, there is no oxygen in the gas, making it impossible to burn or oxidize. This can effectively prevent the equipment from catching fire or exploding during production, making it safer than ordinary equipment.
